On-The-Day Coordination And Planning
With unlimited face-to-face, email, and phone communication, we will help our couples plan & organise their wedding day. This can include tasks such as choosing a venue, selecting vendors – caterers, cake makers, stationers, florists and the like, creating a timeline for the event, managing the budget, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the big day.
With 10 hours of on-the-day coordination, we will project manage your special day by sourcing the best vendors and the best prices. With an extensive stock portfolio, you get exclusive use of various items such as arbours, candleware, wishing wells, games, generic signage, table numbers and discounted hire of other items.

Do you need some assistance in bringing all the elements of your planning to life? We can do as much or as little as you require.
We work with our couples closer to their wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We usually step in a few weeks before the wedding to finalise details, confirm vendor contracts, create a timeline for the day, and oversee the logistics on the actual wedding day.
On the day coordinators help manage any issues that arise, coordinate vendor set up and ensure that your vision for the day is executed seamlessly. We are instrumental in allowing you to relax with your families and friends and enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the details and behind the scenes.

- All packages have been priced for a 35km radius of Perth CBD
- If you opt to repurpose your ceremony items into your reception area or are outside of the km inclusion, further travel charges may apply
